Shipping Policy
PCKicks | PRiNTS ships items in 1-3 business days after cleared and verified payment. Normal domestic shipping at PCKicks | PRiNTS is offered at a discounted rate. Choices of shipping service upgrades are available from Canada Post.

Tracking and insurance for shipping is provided only for the Canada Post services. The discounted "best way" shipping is only available in Canada and does not offer any insurance of any kind.

PCKicks | PRiNTS will ship to the address that is specified on the order and are not be responsible for any errors related to enterting the address while making an order.

Return Policy
PCKicks | PRiNTS does not offer any type of refund and all sales of merchandise are final. Exchanges are only possible for products of a different size of the same design. All merchandise exchanges are subject to a five dollar administration and restocking fee.

All return inquiries must be done within ten days from the purchase date. A valid and logical reason is required in order to request for a Return Merchandise Inquiry.  Reasons not valid include personal dislike of design, changes of mind and price matching. Return of merchandise will be done to our decision and discretion. PCKicks | PRiNTS reserves the right to deny any returns it deems inappropriate or circumstantial.

PCKicks | PRiNTS is not responsible for damages caused by improper care and or cleaning. Damages caused by accidental damage and negative circumstances are not covered.

All return delivery costs are at the cost of the customer. Garments must be in same condition (no rips, stains, visible damage or stenches) for return. Customers choosing not to adhere to these policies will not have merchandise return requests honored.
